In the time it took
to water my garden
the winds picked up
carried the clouds in
& fenced out the sun
new seeds of green grass
need sun to gain strength
the clouds are fluffy
but not warm
zucchini tomato onion & basil
near mid december
I have an imbalance
in my muscles
turning right is a pain
and left is often harder
when there are no turn signals
I can hear the fibers
stuck like glue
breaking their bonds
as a I turn my head
elbow under the scapula
works best for this kind of thing
