Orange Friendly

How my day started:
8:53 Am
awoken by motorcycles
not one
not two
but 10 or more
idling and revving
across the street
I thought it was just
my neighbor but it was too loud
so I got up and looked out
the window
and to my surprise
it was like a scene out
of easy rider
i haven’t actually seen the film
but I’ve seen images
the same bike style
but with an american flag
bandana wrapped around one dude’s head
instead of painted on the bike
packs & sleeping bags strapped to the back
of their rides lining the vortex that is 36th
I wondered where they were off to
but I was more annoyed at the fact that
I was woken up
by dudes popping wheelies on loud machines
I got up anyways and
went downstairs to let the dog out
but apparently it wasn’t soon enough
because there was dog poo on the living room floor
yeah
at least it wasn’t an explosion
but still
too early to be dealing with poo cleaning
so I took Jackson for the morning coffee walk
where things started to look up
was complimented on my tshirt
as I dressed for the occasion
with my favorite
‘You are Being Very
UN_DUDE’
shirt
by one of the employee’s dads
and I had a good conversation
with another customer about all
kinds of randomness
and then I walked home and
hung up my newly spraypainted
orange mailbox
and now it goes down again
tried to scan in a drawing and
my computer is telling me it can’t save because of a disc error!
F*ck you Stephanie!!!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow will be better.
I have to clean now.
