Fruit of the Soul.2007 Success!

Thanks to EVERYONE who participated and gave to this event! It was an amazing success, we managed to make 15,000 to give to the Monarch School, $1,647 from the art trucks alone! The art trucks were awesome, with 220 pieces hanging, it was the biggest one night art show I’ve ever put on, and I’m glad I don’t have to do that again for another year.
There are so many people I have to thank, mostly Niamh for being the most awesome and crazy PIC (Partner in Crime) who never slows down & involving me in this great thing, Janelle for being a trooper even though she didn’t even get to come to the show, Miriam and Angela Miles for hanging almost the entire show, selling art and managing to pick up trash throughout, Jerome, a dude I just met but someone who I know I can count on to kick ass and work hard, Rick for helping me tear down, change fuses and watch the money forfeiting his chance to dance, Tania for getting me coffee and not minding my bitching, the brothers’ Harrington for ALL THEY GIVE and for high five-ing throughout the night, Erin, oh, Erin…for busting ass ALL DAY and trying her best to get those damn kegs tapped, Jill, Simone, Norma, Saho & her friend, & Jenny for womaning the trucks and making the money, and Seth for picking up the alcohol! If I forgot anyone, which I’m sure I did, I will add you in later… sorry Without all of you this wouldn’t have been such an awesome event!
